Proper maintenance of the Flexytank

To ensure proper operation and extend the lifespan of the Flexytank, follow these instructions based on the time before reuse.

🔹 Reuse within 2–3 days

Release all air pressure from the Flexytank.
Carefully seal the gun opening with adhesive tape.

🔹 Reuse after more than 4 days

Release all air pressure.
Remove the resin container from the Flexytank.
Replace it with an empty container or bucket to collect any resin that may drip from the suction tube.
Put the lid back on the Flexytank.
Tighten it properly using the wing screws provided.
Carefully seal the gun opening with adhesive tape.

⚠️ Check before reuse

After a long period of inactivity, the resin may harden inside the plastic tube and/or the gun.

In this case:

Replace the plastic tube and/or the gun.
Resume application only after replacement.
